Polyurethane acrylate is a photocurable resin (UV, EB, visible light, heat).

 

•    As a functional group, not only acrylate groups can be added but also epoxy groups, carboxyl groups,
etc.
•    We specialize in controlling the molecular weight in the high molecular weight range (Mw≒50,000).
•    Polyurethane acrylate is synthesized by the addition polymerization of three main raw materials (acrylic hydroxy esters, polyols, polyisocyanates).
•    The products we provide have suitable properties such as hardness, flexibility, toughness, fast curing, heat resistance, transparency, etc.
•    By combining acrylic hydroxy esters, diisocyanates, and polyols, molecular design of the above properties can be easily achieved.

1.    Polyurethane acrylate is obtained by reacting a urethane pre-polymer with an isocyanate group with acrylates and/or methacrylates having hydroxy groups.
2.    Polyurethane acrylate has toughness and wear resistance.
3.    Compared with thermosetting resins and two-component curing resins, polyurethane acrylate is widely recognized for its low pollution, energy efficiency, and high productivity.
4.    "ART RESIN" has a variety of products from low hardness to high hardness and various high molecular weight products (Mw approximately 50,000).
