Acrylic resin: ART CURE excellent adhesion and warpage resistance
ART CURE Features
- Acrylate is a polymer in which an acrylic group is added to the side chain of an acrylic polymer.
- Acrylates have acrylic groups, so they can be cured with electron beams, ultraviolet light, visible light, etc.
- Acrylates can be designed with high to low hardness based on the molecular design of acrylic polymers.
- Acrylic has excellent adhesion, weather resistance, heat resistance, transparency, and warpage resistance.
- We can offer solvent-free acrylic products diluted with monomers.
Product design parameters
- Molecular weight control (Mw 10,000 to 1 million)
- Glass transition temperature control (Tg-60~+200℃)
- Double bond equivalent control (250-20,000g/mol)
- Introduction of functional groups (carboxyl, hydroxyl, glycidyl, etc.)
- Available in solvent-free or solution form (dissolved in organic solvents, diluted in monomers)
- Use plant raw materials
Suitable for application fields
- Materials for electronic parts manufacturing processes (adhesives, etc.)
- Printed circuit board materials
- Paint

ART CUREUV curable acrylic polymer
ART CURE is a (meth)acrylic polymer with side chain addition and free radical polymerization.
UV can be used to cure in a short time.
Solvent-free - no drying process is required, and the film thickness is easy to control.
Short-time curing-short-time curing through UV, EB, heat, etc.
Tg control-molecular design according to application-45oC (elastomer, flexible)-200oC (resin, hard)
Heat/Weather Resistance - Acrylic Architecture
Adhesion-functional groups can be introduced
Control cross-linking density-cross-linking group control, cross-linking monomer combination
ART CURE has good adhesion to both organic and inorganic materials
It also has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and non-stick products
In terms of application fields, ART CURE can be cured with UV light in a short time, which will help shorten the production process and save energy. In addition to adhesives, due to its excellent adhesion, it is expected to be used in a wide range of applications such as primers and coatings that require tight adhesion
To simply test the adhesion of ART CURE to the substrate, we glue two stainless steel plates together, and the two steel plates are tightly adhered together. While this is a case of inorganic materials, organic materials also have excellent adhesion effects.
