Q
Nickel-containing wastewater/Nickel treatment in Taichung electroplating nickel plant discharge water is unstable
A
The waste water volume of a nickel plating factory is 70 tons/day. Due to the instability of the discharge water at the process end, the nickel in the discharge water is often between 1.5-1.0ppm. By adding 0.1 liter/ton of Plexon 3315 to the existing wastewater treatment process, the discharge water has been stabilized in the range of 1.0-0.5ppm.

Q
Nickel-containing wastewater / Taichung surface treatment plant copper-nickel wastewater reaches 150CMD scale requirements
A
A surface treatment factory has cuprous hydride and nickel-containing wastewater, with a daily water volume of about 150 tons. In consideration of the stricter control of heavy metals in the discharge water in the future, it is hoped that the copper and nickel in the water can be reduced to below the future standard (ie Cu>3ppm, Ni>0.7ppm) in advance. Through the addition of Plexon 3315 and the previous stage of Fenton oxidation, the copper and nickel concentrations were steadily reduced below the standard.

Q
Zinc-nickel wastewater/ Xiamen fastener zinc-nickel alloy wastewater how to meet the three standards
A
Zinc-nickel alloy wastewater from a fastener in Xiamen, the wastewater volume is 500 tons per day, and the zinc-nickel alloy has the problem of unstable compliance. The suggested solution is to add 0.5 liter/ton of Plexon 3315 and 0.2 liter/ton of KT-Z50 to the existing wastewater process. The concentration of zinc in the discharge water can be reduced to undetected, and the concentration of nickel is lower than 0.05ppm, which is stable up to the standard.

Q
Copper-containing wastewater / PCB factory copper-containing wastewater how to meet the 110-year copper discharge standard
A
In a printed circuit board manufacturing plant in Hsinchu, the water volume is about 1,500 tons/day, and the concentration of copper-containing wastewater is about 1,300-1,700ppm. Ferric chloride was originally used as the coagulation/recapture agent for this water. The average copper concentration is 1.4ppm, but not up to standard. By adding copper removal recapture agent KT-C62, the copper concentration can be stabilized below 1ppm, effectively and stably reaching the 110-year standard.

Q
Cadmium Containing Wastewater/ Method for Treating Heavy Metal Cadmium Wastewater in Guiyang Military Factory
A
A Guiyang military electroplating factory contains 50 tons of cadmium-containing wastewater per day, which currently cannot meet the Chinese Table 2 standard. Add CHE-MEX-OECO2 directly to the existing wastewater treatment process, and it can be stably below 0.05ppm.

Q
How to treat the chemical nickel wastewater/Northern electroplating chemical nickel wastewater to meet the standard
A
In an electroplating factory in the north, the amount of chemical nickel wastewater is 2 tons per week. After mixing with general wastewater, adding 3 liters/ton of Plexon 3315 can effectively reduce the nickel concentration in the water to 0.03ppm, and then mix it with other nickel-based wastewater for treatment.

Q
Chemical Copper Wastewater/ Taoyuan Chemical Copper Wastewater Treatment How to Meet Standards
A
In an electroplating factory in Taoyuan, the chemical copper wastewater was about 3 tons/day, and KT-C62 35L/ton was added for one-step treatment to reduce the high concentration of chemical copper from 3,000ppm to below 3ppm, and then mixed with other wastewater for treatment.

Q
Sludge Reduction/ How to Reduce Sludge in Electrode Wastewater of Automobile Factory Parts and Components
A
A factory manufactures spare parts for automobile collision replacement. The first electrolysis waste water is 60 tons/day, and about 12 tons of sludge are generated every month. After replacing the originally added coagulant ferric chloride with Neosorb GS-AN, the monthly sludge volume was reduced to 3 tons, and the total monthly operating cost was reduced by about 20%.

Q
Sludge Reduction/ Hsinchu Mechanical Grinding Wastewater (CMP) How to Reduce Sludge
A
A chemical mechanical grinding plant in Hsinchu has about 800 tons of water per day and about 15 tons of sludge per month. By adding a dose of 0.05-0.1 kg/m3 powder flocculant, it can effectively reduce the sludge by about 50%, reduce the burden of sludge removal and reduce the impact of uncertainty in the increase of sludge removal and transportation costs.
