Nickel-containing wastewater/Nickel treatment in Taichung electroplating nickel plant discharge water is unstable
A
The waste water volume of a nickel plating factory is 70 tons/day. Due to the instability of the discharge water at the process end, the nickel in the discharge water is often between 1.5-1.0ppm. By adding 0.1 liter/ton of Plexon 3315 to the existing wastewater treatment process, the discharge water has been stabilized in the range of 1.0-0.5ppm.

A

Through the addition of Plexon 3315 and the previous stage of Fenton oxidation, the copper and nickel concentrations were steadily reduced below the standard.
