UNO SF

Water-based / Low VOC / Substitute for solvents / Specialized for mechanical cleaning

 

UNO SF Universal Cleaner is specifically developed as a low-foam water-based cleaner for use in automatic cleaning equipment. It can be used for:

 

  • High-pressure washing machines
  • Ultrasonic systems
  • Immersion baths
  • Hot water part cleaning machines

 

Alternatively, it can be used manually - just spray and wipe with a cloth or rinse with water. If persistent contamination is present, UNO SF can be used without dilution; otherwise, it is recommended to dilute with water at a ratio of 1:40 - normal application concentrations range between 3-5%. Additionally, UNO SF is highly efficient at ambient temperatures, helping reduce operating costs and minimizing downtime due to bath replacement.

 

UNO SF is gentle on surfaces, making it easy to remove residual oils, resin oils, pigment-based inks, protein residues, and similar contaminants, meaning it can clean sensitive materials. However, it should be avoided on undiluted aluminum or zinc surfaces. Typically, it can be used with a dilution ratio of 1:30 to 1:40 without adverse effects. The product is not considered hazardous during transportation and storage.

FT Series

FT 200 (General industrial degreaser/degreasing oil removal)

 

FT 200 can replace toxic solvents, cellulose thinners, and cold cleaning agents. Suitable for powerful cleaning and degreasing, it removes light wax or machine oil contaminants that may hinder painting. It can also remove fingerprints, dust, or fresh adhesive residues.

 

Containing corrosion inhibitors, it provides temporary corrosion protection. Moreover, it evaporates faster than traditional water-based cleaners. Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with minimal residue. It removes not only oils and waxes but also debris from roller bearings. Due to its VOC reduction and not requiring labeling according to CLP regulations, it is a safer alternative. Its surfactants comply with biodegradability regulations. Its phosphate-free formula is relatively environmentally friendly.

FT 300 (Electronics residue remover/solder paste)

 

FT 300 dries quickly and leaves no residues at low temperatures, which is particularly advantageous in the electronics field to avoid moisture-induced damage.

 

It can also be used to remove contaminants before labeling, bonding, and polishing. Contaminants on plastics, glass, or metals can be effectively dissolved. It can remove solder paste from templates and scrapers and clear any processing residues such as dust or glue.

 

The cleaner is surfactant-free, VOC-reduced, and non-hazardous during transport, as it doesn't require labeling according to CLP regulations.

Solvent-based / Low VOC / Substitutes for acetone and aggressive solvents / Effective tar and asphalt remover

 

GS 200 dissolves persistent contaminants naturally. Its special advantage lies in its mostly renewable raw material-based components instead of petroleum. These natural ingredients stand out for their strong solvency on persistent contaminants. It completely replaces solvents containing VOCs and/or aggressive substances. A thin layer is sufficient to remove persistent contaminants. It combines optimal performance with employee protection and reduced environmental impact. Highly concentrated cleaners and degreasers are NSF certified for use in the food industry. It effectively removes persistent grease, rust wax, adhesive residues, asphalt, benzyl, silicone, sealants, rubber, persistent carbonization, synthetic materials, and oil decomposition products from roller bearings, worm gears, cylinders, and nozzles. Burnt oil layers dissolve safely and are removed safely from gearboxes and motors. Due to its product characteristics, the cleaner's evaporation rate is slower than conventional solvents. This leads to longer exposure times and high efficiency. It leaves no oily residue on the cleaned surface.

 

With a high flashpoint (> 100°C / 212°F), the grease solvent increases safety during application. Reducing VOCs makes the product's smoke emissions very low during application, meaning low employee exposure and minimal environmental pollution.

 

GS200 is ready for manual application or immersion (also recyclable). Just spray it in a thin layer and wipe with a absorbent cloth after a short exposure. The cleaned surface will have almost no residue.
