Cleaning agent suitable for the food industry: German BIO-CIRCLE environmentally friendly low VOC cleaning technology (NSF certification)!
Suitable for maintenance cleaning in the food industry~
The sustainable water-based Bio-Circle cleaners can be completely mixed with water and, due to their residue-free washability, are suitable for use in the food industry, complying with Article 31 of the LFGB regulations. Some cleaners have obtained food approvals and passed NSF certification. They can thoroughly and safely clean surfaces to high-quality standards, such as during maintenance.
CB 100
Water-based / VOC-free / Solvent Replacement / Heavy Oil Stain Cleaning
CB 100 is a water-based, low-foaming cleaning agent derived from renewable materials. Its natural active ingredients effectively dissolve contaminants without causing surface pitting.
It has a pleasant odor, contains no solvents or VOCs, and does not require labeling according to CLP regulations, making it an effective alternative to solvents or wax.
Additionally, it produces low foam and has a long service life, ensuring effective use within closed-loop systems. This cleaner can be used for extended periods with minimal waste generation.
Therefore, CB 100 not only protects employees but also the environment.
Furthermore, the cleaner can be rinsed off with water without leaving any residues, making it suitable for certain areas within the food industry in addition to maintenance tasks.
- Zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds)
- Nature Boost: Based on renewable raw materials
- No labeling required according to CLP regulations
- Low foam
- Water-based, solvent-free and phosphate-free cleaner
- Powerful solvent power and consistently good cleaning performance
- Used to remove strong contaminants, such as stubborn oils, rubber traces, asphalt and wax residues, and grease
- NSF certified (Registration number: 146719, Catalog number: C1)
UNO SF
Water-based / Low VOC / Substitute for typical hydrocarbon solvents / Heavy oil pollution cleaning
UNO SF Universal Cleaner is specifically developed as a low-foaming water-based cleaner for use in automatic cleaning equipment. It can be used for:
- High-pressure washing machines
- Ultrasonic systems
- Immersion baths
- Hot water parts cleaning machines
Certainly, UNO SF can also be applied manually - simply spray it, then wipe it off with a cloth or rinse it with water. If persistent contamination is present, UNO SF can be used without dilution; otherwise, it is recommended to dilute with water at a ratio of 1:40 - typical application concentrations range from 3-5%. Additionally, UNO SF is highly effective at ambient temperatures, which helps reduce operating costs and minimizes downtime for cleaning equipment due to bath replacement.
UNO SF is gentle on surfaces and can easily remove residual grease, resinous oils, pigment-based inks, protein residues, and similar contaminants, making it suitable for cleaning sensitive materials. However, it should be avoided using undiluted on aluminum or zinc surfaces. Typically, dilutions of 1:30 to 1:40 can be used without adverse effects. The product is also not considered hazardous for transportation and storage.
Furthermore, UNO SF has been NSF certified (NSF registration number: 144386, catalog number: A1), making it suitable as a general-purpose cleaner in the food industry.

FT 100
Water-based / Low VOC / Quick-drying / Substitute for stain oil and alcohol
FT 100 does not contain surfactants and can clean surfaces like glass or plastic without leaving residues, streaks, or stains. This surface cleaner is particularly suitable for use before varnishing, bonding, labeling, or coating. Especially, glass, metal, or mirrors can be easily cleaned. Additionally, it can be used on surfaces like wood, plastic, or varnish. It not only removes fingerprints, dust, or fresh adhesive residues but also eliminates contaminations caused by markers, grease, or oils. It can also be used as a residue-free coolant when sawing and drilling aluminum. Spray cleaner can be safely used as it does not require labeling according to CLP regulations. With a VOC content of less than 20%, it is not subject to the VOC directive (1999/13/EC).
It is a ready-to-use product as it can be sprayed directly onto cloth or wiped off.
-
Clean before painting, bonding, labeling, or coating.
-
Remove dust, fingerprints, light oil and grease contaminants, marker residues, and fresh adhesive residues.
-
With a flashpoint of approximately 42°C / 107.6°F, it will not continue to burn.
-
Its volatile organic compound content is less than 20%, which does not comply with the volatile organic compound directive (1999/13/EC).
-
It saves time and effort, as it only needs to be sprayed and wiped off.

GS 200
Solvent-based / Low VOC / Substitute for irritating solvents / Effectively removes tar and asphalt residues
GS 200 dissolves persistent contaminants in a natural way. Its main advantage lies in the majority of its components being derived from renewable materials rather than petroleum. These natural ingredients stand out for their powerful ability to dissolve persistent contaminants. It serves as a complete substitute for solvents containing VOCs and/or irritating substances. Even a thin layer is sufficient to remove persistent contaminants. Its optimal performance combines employee protection with reduced environmental impact. Highly concentrated cleaners and degreasers are NSF certified for use in the food industry. They effectively remove persistent grease, rust inhibitors, adhesive residues, asphalt, benzyl, silicone, sealants, rubber, persistent carbonization – synthetic materials, and oil decomposition products – and can also efficiently remove more bearings from ball bearings, worm drives, cylinders, and nozzles. Burnt oil layers are safely dissolved and safely removed from gearboxes and motors. Due to its product characteristics, the cleaner's evaporation rate will be slower than conventional solvents. This results in longer exposure times, thus offering high efficiency and effectiveness. It leaves no oily residue on the cleaned surface.
With a high flash point (> 100°C / 212°F), the grease solvent enhances safety during application. Reducing VOCs significantly minimizes product fume emissions during application, meaning low employee exposure and minimal environmental pollution.
GS200 is ready for manual application or immersion processes (also recyclable). Simply spray it thinly, then wipe with an absorbent cloth after a short exposure time. The cleaned surface will have almost no residue.
- Reduced VOCs, non-flammable
- Substitute for products containing VOCs and/or irritating solvents
- Used for removing very strong contaminants such as grease, asphalt, lubricants, rust inhibitors, resins, rubber residues and markings, and paint
- Used for removing residual oil layers from gearboxes and motors
- Used for removing protective films and adhesive residues
- High flash point (> 100°C / 212°F)
- Very economical, very thin layer is sufficient
- Excellent cleaning performance even in cold environments
- Pleasant scent
- NSF certified (Registration No.: 146720, Catalog No.: K3)
