Cleans without solvents

Maintenance and cleaning steps

 

Step 1: Put the Clean BOX into the sink

 

Pour 100% original solution CB100 into the Clean BOX cleaning water tank, and soak the pre-cleaned parts in the sink. Soaking for about 20-30 minutes can remove most of the oil stains that are difficult to clean from the surface of the parts.

 

 

Step 2: Manual cleaning with GT Compact parts washer

 

Move the soaked parts to the parts cleaning table, use a flow brush to clean the hard-to-handle parts, and then perform a deep cleaning.

 Step 3: Remove rust from parts

 

Use ultrasonic equipment with BIO-RUST F rust remover, optimal temperature is 30° C - 60° C. Removes rust, rust film and lead contamination from smaller metal parts. The neutral formula protects the environment and users and is gentle on materials.
