Low-volatility water-based strong cleaning replaces solvents and CHC

 

The powerful version of the UNO series acts fast and deep. Water-based heavy-duty cleaner that reduces VOCs and is phosphate-free. They can be used anywhere stubborn contaminants need to be removed. They are material-friendly, have good wetting properties and strong cleaning power, and are suitable for manual and mechanical use. If you want to clean without the use of solvents and CHC, you will find UNO S F, UNO S PF and UNO S V suitable alternatives.

UNO is an aqueous, alkaline and phosphate-free strong cleaner for manual use and application systems, CLEANBOX and automatic washing machines. The following are several series of products:

 

UNO SF is a low foaming strong cleaner also suitable for mechanical use. NSF Certified (Class A1, Registration No.: 144386).

 

UNO SV is a viscous powerful cleaner ideal for manual use in foam dispensers, FOAM BOOSTERs and foam sprayers. NSF Certified (Class A1, Reg. No.: 142391).

 

UNO AV uses an application system for large area applications and is volatile organic compound (VOC) free.

 

UNO X is a gel foam cleanser for hands. Ideal for foam dispensers and also for vertical surfaces.

 

UNO W is an alkaline water based shop cleaner with temporary corrosion protection suitable for manual cleaning.

UNO SF Water-Based Low Foam Cleaning

 

 

For stubborn dirt, this agent can be used as a concentrated agent, and in other cases, it can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:40. Concentrations used range from 3% to 5%. UNO SF is highly efficient at room temperature. Its use can help you reduce costs and minimize cleaning downtime for bath changes.

 

Burnt oil, grease, resinous oils, pigment inks, protein residues and similar dirt are easily removed with UNO SF. It's gentle on surfaces, which means it can be used on sensitive materials. However, do not use concentrate on aluminum surfaces and zinc coatings - for proper surface protection a 1:30 to 1:40 dilution with water is recommended.

UNO SV Aqueous Foam Cleaning

 

 

UNO SV has been developed taking into account the specific requirements related to the cleaning of vertical and inclined surfaces. Its viscosity makes it easy to use on surfaces where traditional cleaners run off. UNO SV forms a gel-like film that adheres to the surface, allowing optimal exposure time to remove dirt.

 

This alkaline powerful cleaner easily removes vegetable and mineral oils, fats, protein residue, mold release agents, smoke residue and wax, fresh paint and pigment ink residue, and many other grime. The formulation can be used on various surfaces such as metal, wood, plastic and ceramics as it is gentle and does not damage the surface. However, do not use concentrates on aluminum surfaces and zinc coatings - for proper surface protection a 1:30 to 1:40 dilution with water is recommended. The product is environmentally friendly - biodegradable, complies with EU guidelines, it is non-flammable and free of phosphates and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA).
